Rathbone Trust International is an international business specialising in the provision of trustee, corporate and family office services from offices in Jersey, Geneva, Singapore and the British Virgin Islands, affiliated offices in New Zealand and the Netherlands, and through partners and associates in other jurisdictions.
We pride ourselves on the provision of intelligent, proactive and informed fiduciary and corporate services for private individuals, their families and their family offices, wherever based.
We have specialist corporate trust expertise with a substantial and growing business centred on structures for commercial clients including employee benefit trusts, expert funds and other investment vehicles such as Jersey limited partnerships and unit trusts.

Through our overseas offices, our colleagues in the UK and our international contact base, we offer a multiplicity of solutions for clients from both civil law and common law jurisdictions.
We design, establish and administer trusts, foundations, family offices, companies and private trust companies for our clients. We set up and manage co-investment arrangements for individuals and larger funds with multiple investors, using expert funds, limited partnerships, companies and cell companies or whatever structure is appropriate to the situation.
Rathbone Trust International is professionally-based with a significant number of the client-facing directors and many other senior staff being lawyers, accountants and members of STEP.
This combination of advisory and administrative expertise is harnessed through Rathbone Trust International to offer a cohesive service designed to meet the needs of our international client base including of course those who are resident in the United Kingdom but who may be domiciled elsewhere.

Rathbone Investment Management and Rathbone Trust International operate independently and Rathbone Trust International is not tied in the selection of investment managers. Rather, we work closely with our clients to appoint managers, wherever in the world, appropriate to their needs.
