Biography
Sheila de Carteret LLB Hons, graduated from the University of Wales in 1976 and worked in London for four years in the public sector. She joined Rathbone Trust Company (Jersey) Limited in 1982 and has wide ranging experience in the administration of complex offshore structures. Formerly a trust manager, she was appointed compliance officer in 1998 and is responsible for developing and overseeing the company’s compliance plan. She was appointed compliance director in 2001 and now leads a team of six.
