Biography Julian Hayden, MA Cantab, has over 20 years’ experience as a solicitor specialising in trusts, tax and estate planning for wealthy individuals, their families and their companies for the staff. Julian qualified with Withers and until 1997 practised in London as a partner responsible for a tax, wills and trusts department. A significant proportion of that practice was represented by offshore clients and in 1997 Julian moved to Theodore Goddard, Jersey. Julian joined Nigel Harris & Partners in October 2002 and continues to specialise in the establishment and administration of tax and estate planning structures for individuals, and in advising on legal issues for trustees and beneficiaries. |
