Biography
Anita Lovell, TEP, qualified as an English solicitor in 1979 and joined the Jersey office of a leading City of London firm. Following a career break, she returned to legal practice in 1993 and became a director of Rathbone Trust Company (Jersey) Ltd in 1998. She specialises in running family offices for substantial private family trusts and high net worth individuals, and deals in trust, company and commercial matters. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, President of the Association of English Solicitors in Jersey and a representative to the International Lawyers Network.
