Biography Simon Vivian joined Rathbone Trust Company Jersey Limited as a director in April 2006. After obtaining a law degree from Nottingham University, Simon qualified as an English solicitor in 1987. He had several years' experience with leading City of London law firms specialising in company and commercial and corporate finance law before being appointed a partner at London law firm Rakisons in 1993. Simon then joined the corporate/media boutique firm Marriott Harrison as a partner continuing to specialise in this area. Throughout his career, Simon has specialised in advising family run companies and high net worth individuals in relation to a variety of company and commercial matters, and has also advised extensively companies or individuals involved in Revenue and Customs’ investigations. |
