Commercial

We are able to procure advice and documents to meet the needs of our clients on a broad range of issues including shareholder and partnership agreements, IT and e-commerce, agency and distribution agreements and general private company matters from formation to dissolution, acquisitions, mergers and re-domiciliation.

Wills

Making a will involves a number of important decisions, in particular the choice of executors who will be responsible for administering an estate. We offer a wide range of services from acting as executor for a simple will to the administration of complex estates and will trusts with assets in multiple jurisdictions.

Probate and Executorship

Our specialist expertise in this area is frequently called upon by banks, lawyers and accountants worldwide particularly where multiple jurisdictional estate problems occur. We are able to take out Grants of Representation in Jersey and the United Kingdom and to provide ongoing trustees services where a will contains a trust that will come into being on the death of a testator.

Conveyancing

We are able to facilitate legal advice on small and substantial residential and commercial conveyancing matters for all property situate in England and Wales, which may or may not have an offshore element. Many Jersey banks and trust companies retain us to deal with matters of this nature on their clients’ behalf.
